As much as I love the theory of it, I grew up using computers and my fingers are far more comfortable at the keyboard than with a pencil. I've tried, mind you, and went through a period where I would hash out a bulk of my screenplays on yellow legal pads and then used the time it took to retype everything as an opportunity to write the second draft. And again, in theory, it was nice. But I'm just faster on the keyboard and can accomplish more on the computer. I think what I really miss is having the time to sit and write. I miss that discipline that I can only muster once in a while anymore. And I miss being able to focus so intently and distraction free. At any rate, great blog!
